Consertus, Inc. is seeking an experienced MEP Owner's Representative to support construction-phase services for a major research-intensive facility in New Haven, CT.

This onsite, full-time role focuses on design review, submittal evaluation, RFIs, and coordination-model/clash-detection review through commissioning and closeout. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of MEP experience on higher-education or national-laboratory facilities, with strong knowledge of cleanroom and cryogenic environments,

Competenze

• 15+ years of MEP experience on research-intensive higher-education or national-laboratory facilities.
• Experience with cleanroom/nanofabrication suites, cryogenic and quantum laboratories, and EMI- and vibration-sensitive imaging environments.
• Licensed PE in Connecticut or NCEES-transferable preferred but not required.
