  • Identify IBC, IFC, NFPA, and MAQ issues, fire/life safety triggers, long-lead items, and shutdown needs early in the process

  • Write standardized feasibility reports and hand off pre-validated projects to the execution team
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • 8+ years of construction, MEP, or technical facilities project management experience, including feasibility or pre-construction work
  • Experience delivering lab, cleanroom, R&D, or tool-install projects in occupied, operating facilities

  • Working knowledge of IBC, IFC, IMC, NFPA, and MAQ/control-area concepts
  • Strong writer of technical reports for a leadership audience
  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
Additional Requirements / Skills / Working Hours / Compensation Range
