Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic MEP Lead to oversee and guide a team of specialized trade professionals in the precise installation of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems within modular units at our client's state-of-the-art indoor manufacturing facility. The MEP Lead will ensure that all modular system installations adhere to Indiana state building codes, project specifications, and company quality standards. While the primary focus is on factory operations, occasional field warranty service will be required. We are looking for a results-driven leader with a strong foundation in technical supervision, committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven, hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, with expertise in all three areas.
  • Active and verifiable trade licensure (electrical, plumbing, or HVAC) required; multiple licenses preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a construction or manufacturing environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Indiana state building codes and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear verbal and written instructions to diverse trade teams.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
