Job summary

Owen Thomas Group in New Jersey is seeking a Construction Inspector to support transportation and infrastructure projects throughout the state. You will oversee field construction activities, monitor progress, and work with contractors, project teams, and public agencies to ensure work is safe, on schedule, and in compliance with plans and specifications.

Qualifications include 1+ year inspection experience, mechanical and electrical construction background, experience on rail or transit

• Physical ability to safely navigate active construction sites.
• Willingness to work days, nights, or weekends as project schedules require.
• ACI and OSHA certifications are preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and access to a personal vehicle.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends as required by project schedules.
• Must reside in New Jersey.
