Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Senior M/E/P Manager in Connecticut to oversee MEP/FP engineering from preconstruction through closeout.

You will review design documents, coordinate with consultants and owners, evaluate subcontractor proposals, and supervise commissioning and testing of MEP/FP systems on multiple projects. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, 5–10 years in construction, and at least 5 years in MEP design, commissioning, and construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years of construction industry experience.
• 5+ years of M/E/P design, commissioning, and construction experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide MEP/FP technical oversight from preconstruction through closeout.
• Review and coordinate MEP/FP design documents for constructability and system integration.
• Participate in design and coordination meetings with consultants, owners, and project teams.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals, scopes of work, and prequalification packages.
• Monitor MEP construction progress and ensure work aligns with plans, specs, and code requirements.
• Coordinate field inspections, startup, and testing/commissioning of MEP/FP systems.
• Collaborate with commissioning agents to verify system performance and documentation.
• Troubleshoot MEP system issues and work with subcontractors to resolve them.
• Assist in evaluating MEP-related cost impacts, value engineering options, and project risks.
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor to project team members and field personnel.
