Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking an MEP Field Coordinator to join our MEP Building Technology team on a project in Mooresville, IN. This is a full-time, in-person position that offers a pathway to growth within a large national contractor.

You will oversee MEP coordination and installation, manage trade partners and vendors, and help drive schedules, QA/QC, and commissioning from pre-construction through close-out.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of commercial construction experience with large MEP systems.
• Experience managing complex MEP infrastructure projects such as data centers, airports, or other special-use facilities.
• Strong ability to manage relationships with clients and design partners while supervising trade partners and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEP coordination and installation for assigned projects.
• Provide oversight to MEP trade partners and equipment vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Assist in developing and tracking schedules, monitoring QA/QC programs, and supporting the Energy Control and Safety Program.
• Maintain and review punch lists, troubleshoot field engineering issues, and support start-up and commissioning activities.
• Collaborate with project teams from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out to ensure successful delivery.
