Job summary

This position involves inspecting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection installations to ensure compliance with specifications and codes. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience and proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Registration as Professional Engineer in North Carolina.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on field experience inspecting MEP/FP installations.
• Familiarity with applicable building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate MEP/FP installations.
• Document non-conforming work and issue detailed observation reports.
• Attend pre-construction and construction progress meetings.
