Uponor is seeking an MEP Estimator II to develop accurate material takeoffs and cost estimates for mechanical and plumbing systems across multiple project types. You will analyze drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, and 3D models to quantify materials and provide bid-ready documentation.
The role supports pre-construction with technical guidance, ensures compliance with GF quality standards, and collaborates with internal teams.
The MEP Estimator II is responsible for the development of accurate and comprehensive material takeoffs, cost estimates, and supporting documentation for in various project types and construction phases for mechanical and plumbing systems. With minimal project oversight, this role utilizes estimating, and modeling software at a proficient level to produce material lists, engineering calculations, cost analyses, and bid-ready documentation for complex water, and industrial process systems.
Estimator IIs are accountable for quality control across assigned projects, providing technical guidance to team members, and ensuring estimates meet industry standards, GF quality expectations, and project timelines. This role plays a critical part in the pre-construction phase by delivering accurate, competitive estimates while supporting internal teams and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
This role is considered a HYBRID position with periodic onsite work at our headquarters in Apple Valley, Minnesota; however, U.S.-based candidates will also be considered for a fully remote arrangement.

Applicable to US job postings only (not Canada): The expected compensation range for this position is $29.25-$43.87/hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. Internal equity among current employees will also be considered. Please note that this range represents the full base hourly rate for the role and hiring at or near the top of the range is uncommon to ensure room for future pay advancement.
