Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Commercial MEP Estimator to lead winning projects in Cleveland. You will influence preconstruction strategy and company growth while applying your expertise in estimating HVAC, plumbing, and piping for healthcare, education, industrial, multifamily, and tenant improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial MEP estimating experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping and related systems.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and contract documents.
• Experience with conceptual budgets, hard bids, negotiated work and design-build estimates.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial MEP estimating experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, piping, and related building systems.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Experience preparing conceptual budgets, hard bids, negotiated work, and design-build estimates.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with estimating software, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and other construction management tools.
• Self-motivated professional who enjoys collaborating, solving problems, and contributing to company success.
