Job summary

gpac is seeking a Mechanical Estimator in Cleveland, OH to price and win commercial projects in Northeast Ohio. You will work with project management and leadership to translate takeoffs into competitive bids.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of mechanical construction estimating experience and familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, piping, or sheet metal. Proficiency with Bluebeam and estimating software is a plus.

They're looking for an Estimator with experience in HVAC, plumbing and/or mechanical piping who can help price and win commercial projects throughout Northeast Ohio.

What They're Looking For

You don't need to check every box. If you have 3+ years of mechanical construction estimating experience and understand any combination of: HVAC, Plumbing, Piping, Sheet Metal, Mechanical Systems.

Experience with Bluebeam, estimating software, takeoffs, vendor/subcontractor pricing, bid preparation, or design-build work is a plus.
