Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking an MEP Engineer – Equipment Delivery to join our MEP Building Technology team in our Atlanta, GA office. This is a full-time, in-person position.

In this role, you will support mission-critical facilities, including data centers, by assisting with the procurement, coordination, and delivery of major mechanical and electrical equipment. You will work closely with vendors, designers, and project teams to ensure equipment is compliant with project requirements and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial construction experience supporting large mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and understand electrical, HVAC, plumbing, architectural, and civil plans and specifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support mechanical and electrical construction needs for mission-critical facilities and related projects.
• Coordinate procurement, vendor coordination, and contract deliverables.
• Manage equipment submittals and track deliveries from award through manufacturing and delivery.
• Communicate with vendors, design engineers, and onsite project teams to ensure on-time delivery.
