Qualifications
3-5 years of comparable MEP experience with a GC or mechanical contractor.
Successful completion of OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training required.
Experience with RFIs, submittals, and punch-lists.
Responsibilities
Notify subcontractors of commencement dates and expedite deliveries.
Prepare submittal schedule and coordinate submissions with subcontractors.
Assist project manager in preparing subcontracts and resolving issues.
Compile close-out documents and ensure proper delivery to the owner.
