Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an MEP Engineer Designer. We are seeking an experienced MEP engineer. The MEP Engineer Designer will be responsible for tasks related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, including managing projects, design, and coordination with vendors and clients. Daily tasks include reviewing and creating designs, ensuring building services are efficiently integrated, and coordinating with other engineering disciplines. The role involves site visits to document existing conditions with notes and photographs, and translating those into drawings and final engineering designs.

• High-rise condominiums
• Schools: High Schools, Middle Schools, Elementary Schools, both private and public
• Hotels and kitchens
• Office buildings and spaces
• Hospitals / Assisted Living Facilities
• Indoor humidity solutions

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Florida Professional Engineering License is preferable.
• Proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design and coordination
• Experience in Building Services engineering
• Strong skills in Mechanical Engineering and Plumbing
• Entry to moderate skills in Electrical Engineering or systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
