Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC seeks a skilled MEP Project Manager to lead the design-side of projects after award. You will coordinate with owners, engineers, and architects, ensuring timely design delivery and alignment with budgets and client expectations.

You will drive execution, manage scope changes, and mentor the project team while upholding DSI’s design standards and processes throughout the engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 4–5 years of relevant project management or design-phase experience.
• Strong knowledge of project controls (change management, cost estimating, schedule forecasting).
• Able to read and understand construction documents across trades.
• Effective business writing and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and clients.
• Own execution of design-phase obligations.
• Monitor scope changes and communicate cost/schedule impacts.
• Provide leadership to the project team after award.
• Ensure project procedures and standards are followed.
• Develop and update the project execution plan.
• Communicate baseline scope and approved changes.
• Manage and communicate the design schedule and QA cycles.
• Escalate risks to engineering leadership.
• Coordinate with project accounting on budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare status reports and lead monthly reviews.
