Coast and Harbor is currently looking for qualified candidates to provide on-site construction quality assurance on data center projects in Northern Virginia.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience as superintendent, Clerk of the Works, or construction inspector on projects with large, sophisticated MEP systems
• Experience reviewing requisitions for payment
• Experience reviewing construction schedules
• Ability to proactively identify construction issues and developing recommended responses
• Preparing daily reports
• Proficiency with project management software such as Procore and e-Builder

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on data center projects
• Current residence in Northern Virginia
