Job summary

Clune Construction Company seeks an experienced MEP Coordinator to support the project team in mission-critical environments, healthcare and TI projects. You will coordinate the MEP model, review submittals, track progress, and organize startup and commissioning documentation with subcontractors and vendors.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Construction Science with at least 4 years on large commercial projects, and can read plans, resolve RFIs, and guide the MEP

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Construction Science or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with large commercial construction projects.
• Experience collaborating with construction project managers or superintendents.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Management with Preconstruction MEP information management.
• Coordinate 3D Model coordination for assigned projects.
• Track MEP-related MOPs and cutover activities.
• Coordinate commissioning documentation with subcontractors, vendors, and commissioning agent.
• Process vendor startup and commissioning.
• Assist with organizing MEP client training.
• Guide MEP team on installation details.
