Job summary

Holder Construction in Richmond, VA is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage mechanical and electrical construction activities for Mission Critical facilities and oversee trade contractors throughout project lifecycles.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience managing complex electrical and mechanical systems, strong project management skills, and a Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of commercial construction experience with large mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience managing construction of data centers and complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to manage relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage all mechanical and electrical construction activities for the projects.
• Oversee contractors and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and manage budgets.
