• Strong understanding of sequencing, safety practices, and field operations.
• Experience working in live environments or active campuses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day field operations for data center construction projects across all trades and scopes.
• Assist with coordination of MEP, structural, architectural, and site work activities.
• Help manage daily work plans, short-interval schedules, and trade sequencing.
• Support site logistics planning, access control, laydown, and material flow management.
• Assist with enforcement of safety programs, site rules, and OSHA compliance.
• Participate in QA/QC inspections, deficiency tracking, and field documentation.
• Support coordination of critical systems installation (power, cooling, fire protection, controls).
• Assist with subcontractor coordination, workface planning, and productivity tracking.
• Maintain daily reports, field logs, and progress documentation.
• Support commissioning readiness, system turnover, and closeout activities.
• Coordinate inspections with AHJs and owner representatives.
• Support punchlist execution and verification.
• Participate in preconstruction constructability reviews and logistics planning.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to coordinate multiple trades in high-density, schedule-driven environments
