Subway is hiring in Miami, FL for an Assistant Manager of Menu Strategy & Innovation to support the Sr. Director, Innovation, and lead guest- and insight-driven initiatives from ideation to launch.

This role collaborates with Culinary, Consumer Insights, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, and Suppliers to turn new concepts into reality, develop strong business cases, and advance brand growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, food marketing or innovation preferred.
• Passion for food and the Subway brand.
• Strong ownership of vision and execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to synthesize insights, form strategy, and create decks.
• Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize insights and data to drive category development and fresh ideas.
• Develop category analyses and insights to fuel innovation.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Consumer Insights, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations and Suppliers.
• Create differentiated product concepts and positioning.
• Manage product market tests and sell-in to owner/operator partners.
• Support agency and Marketing to bring products to life in communications.
• Build compelling business cases.
• Coordinate product development and testing timelines, including taste tests and focus groups.
• Analyze guest experience data and market research to adjust strategy and drive sales.
