Servers are the frontline hosts, responsible for greeting guests within 30 seconds, knowing all menu items, answering questions about ingredients, allergies, and availability, and providing polished service at the guest pace. A team-player attitude and willingness to perform side work are essential.

Qualifications

• Must know all menu items and ingredients to answer guest questions about food, beverages, allergies, and policies.
• Must understand and perform all steps of service with polished execution.
• Must be engaging, enthusiastic and personable at tables, with strong guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and host their dining experience.
• Answer guest questions about menu items, ingredients, and allergy information.
• Provide knowledgeable and courteous service in line with 110 Grill policies.
• Be a team player, assist with phone calls, seating, running food, and side work.
• Explain the concept of our food and service and maintain table presence.
