Bloomin’ Brands in Tampa is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with Marketing, Culinary, Operations and Finance on pricing, margins, and product profitability. You will build models for pricing, food cost, and category contribution and develop business cases for new product opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• Experience in restaurant or retail industry preferred.
• Strong modeling and analytics focusing on pricing, margin, and cost structures.
• Familiarity with product innovation and go-to-market finance.
• Excellent communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial impact of new product launches, menu changes, limited-time offers, and tests.
• Build and manage financial models for pricing, gross margin, food cost, profitability.
• Support menu engineering and product mix analysis.
• Develop business cases to scale successful products.
• Provide insights to optimize guest value, brand growth, and financial performance.
• Present insights to cross-functional and senior leadership.
• Leverage data visualization tools to guide decisions.
• Collaborate across functions to balance guest appeal, feasibility, and profitability.
• Support go-to-market financial planning for product innovation.
• Ad-hoc analysis as assigned.
