Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a senior-level professional to lead the Menu Commercialization Team. You will oversee the development and validation of menu processes, ingredients, tools, and systems to deliver high-quality menu items across restaurants and facilities.

The role blends hands-on kitchen work with strategic leadership to drive operation improvements. You will collaborate with Operators, Owners, and leaders to ensure feasibility, quality, and performance, while maintaining confidentiality

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of fundamental culinary techniques.
• Strong understanding of food production in a franchised restaurant environment.
• Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Understand food production impact on quality and operator experience.
• Lead projects developing and validating menu process solutions and tools.
• Manage complex projects and align stakeholders with expectations.
• Create production methods for menu development, including packaging needs and safety requirements.
• Serve as a liaison to ensure product quality and execution standards are met.
• Set feasibility guidelines and track development/testing progress.
• Support culinary evaluations and maintain quality expectations.
• Provide data-driven recommendations on menu items and customer benefits.
• Foster cross-organizational relationships to support scale initiatives.
• Work hands-on in kitchen, R&D, restaurants, suppliers, or manufacturing.
