Job summary

Horizon Bridge Aba in Bloomington, MN is seeking certified Registered Behavior Technicians and experienced behavior therapists. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents with autism. Responsibilities include implementing individualized ABA treatment plans, collecting data, and collaborating with the clinical team. The position allows for both full-time and part-time schedules. Competitive pay starting from $22 to $26 per hour with mentorship and training provided.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or significant verifiable behavior therapy experience.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, ethical practice, and HIPAA.
• Reliable transportation and a consistent weekly schedule.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• A genuine passion for working with children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and graph behavioral data with accuracy and consistency.
• Use evidence-based teaching strategies including DTT, NET, and PRT.
• Build positive rapport with clients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and contribute to program adjustments.
