Job summary

Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy in Michigan is seeking patient-focused Physical Therapists to evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, with the aim of restoring mobility and reducing pain through evidence-based care.

You will set measurable goals, educate patients on treatment options, and document progress while collaborating with a team and supervising technicians. A structured mentorship and residency opportunities support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent health care for our patients and help them achieve good outcomes and be happy with their experience of physical therapy.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to help them recover from injury, manage pain, and restore mobility. Develop plans of care with patient context.
• Create measurable, functional goals and adjust plans of care as patients progress.
