Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy is seeking patient-focused Physical Therapists to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, with the goal of restoring mobility and reducing pain. You will develop individualized plans of care, educate patients, and collaborate with staff to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• DPT or MPT in Physical Therapy.
• Valid PT license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Participate in clinic research and protocol development.
