Job summary

Select Medical’s Monterey, CA clinic is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a collaborative team. You will treat a diverse caseload across the lifespan, including post‑op, vestibular, concussion, balance, and sports‑performance, with mentorship available for new grads.

We offer a salary range of $100,000.00–$120,000.00 per year, plus up to $20,000 sign‑on and monthly student loan repayment assistance. Go Anywhere with Us: 1900 centers in 39 states.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
