Job summary

Jabbergym is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist to deliver school-based therapy in a hybrid setting in Los Gatos, CA. You will assess, plan, and provide direct services to K-12 students, working closely with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team.

We emphasize mentorship for new graduates and Clinical Fellows, offering clinician support, 12-month pay stability across summers/holidays, and a full benefits package in a pediatric private practice environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Clinical Fellows and licensed SLPs encouraged to apply.
• DOJ/FBI Livescan background check and TB clearance required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliant formalized and dynamic assessments to determine educational eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and maintain compliant IEPs and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members to support educational benefit.
• Oversee and support Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs), including supervision and professional development support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy notes, assessment data, and student progress.
• Collaborate with team members and families to maximize generalization of communication skills.
