• Must be enrolled as an undergraduate student in Construction Management, Construction Science, or a comparable field.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to relocate temporarily.
• Strong communication, reading drawings/specifications, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to write detailed proposals.
• Prepare bid analyses and reviews.
• Understand and demonstrate project scheduling.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and cost tracking.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and correspondence.
• Support subcontractor, material, and equipment management.
