Job summary

CMC Recruiting in Bellevue, WA is seeking an Associate Advisor (Relationship Manager) to join a growth-oriented wealth management team. You will inherit an established client base, work with experienced Advisors, and receive hands-on mentorship while developing into a trusted Advisor.

Responsibilities include managing client relationships, preparing financial proposals, and supporting advisory engagements as you advance to larger roles and greater independence.

Qualifications

• Series 7 license is required.
• Series 66 license (or Series 63 and Series 65) required.
• Washington Life & Disability Insurance license required.
• 1–4 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, insurance, or related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager for an established book of roughly 1,000 client households.
• Deliver proactive, ongoing service and identify opportunities to deepen relationships.
• Meet with clients to review goals, answer questions, and provide exceptional service.
• Prepare for client meetings, build financial proposals, and develop planning recommendations.
• Present financial planning and investment recommendations with increasing independence.
• Support fee-based planning engagements and advisory relationships.
