Job summary

Highland Private Wealth Management is seeking an Associate Advisor to work in Bellevue, WA or Ellensburg, WA. You will work alongside experienced Advisors, developing financial planning and investment recommendations and building meaningful client relationships.

This role focuses on growing into a Wealth Confidant, delivering planning analyses, presenting recommendations, coordinating implementations, and collaborating across the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, banking, accounting, financial services, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience serving affluent individuals and families preferred.
• CFP coursework or progress toward designation preferred.
• Series 65 or ability to obtain within six months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen client relationships with Advisors on complex engagements.
• Develop financial planning analyses and recommendations across retirement, tax, estate, insurance, cash flow, and investments.
• Create and present client deliverables including plans and investment recommendations.
• Lead implementation coordinating with clients and outside professionals.
• Lead and participate in client meetings presenting strategies and guiding decisions.
• Collaborate across the team to develop comprehensive solutions.
• Grow professionally, potentially contributing to business development and client retention.
