Mentors will assign shifts and departments, with tasks rotating to develop competency. Prior safety training and ability to adapt to changing production needs are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and perception to monitor machinery and operate quickly.
• Ability to read and understand safety analyses, procedures and instructions.
• Willingness to collaborate with others and follow supervisor directions.

Responsibilities

• Operate entry-level production tasks as assigned by the mentor.
• Assist with basic maintenance and housekeeping.
• Rotate across planned positions for cross training.
• Follow safety and lockout procedures.
• Complete tasks with attention to quality and efficiency.
