• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and implement new educational technology platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a personalized learning environment where students take ownership of their pace and progress.
• Direct students to appropriate academic resources, including AI tutors and intervention programs.
• Conduct bi-weekly 1-1 mentoring sessions to provide feedback on academic progress and behavior.
