Responsibilities

• Facilitate a personalized learning environment where students own pace and progress.
• Direct students to academic resources, including AI tutors and intervention programs, teaching them to find answers independently.
• Conduct bi-weekly 1-1 mentoring sessions to provide feedback on academic progress, attitude, and behavioral growth.
• Implement trauma-informed principles and restorative justice practices daily, including private redirection.
• Assist in proactive outreach, including phone calls, texts, and home visits, to re-engage students who have disengaged.
• Coordinate and proctor state-approved assessments, monitor credit completion, and maintain records in Google Workspace.
