Job summary

Uline’s Supply Chain Rotational Program offers hands-on experience across distribution, warehouse operations, inventory control, purchasing and logistics. Participants rotate through roles over 18–24 months, guided by mentors, with a pathway to a full-time supply chain position based on performance and business needs.

The program emphasizes cross-location experience, data analysis, and learning from experienced mentors to build long-term success at Uline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering or a related field.
• Available to travel and spend several weeks at Uline's North American locations as needed.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop foundational knowledge of Uline’s supply chain operations, systems and processes.
• Contribute to supply chain projects that improve efficiency and support growth.
• Travel to Uline's North American locations to gain hands-on experience across the business.
• Analyze business data and reporting to enhance operations.
