Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; internship-ready.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service to greet customers.
• Maintain positive atmosphere of teamwork and accountability storewide.
• Assist management with pricing decisions and promotional displays.
• Coordinate and locate ad/promotional displays and ensure product quality.
• Support store standards for service and profitability.
• Operate store hardware and software tools.
• Assist with labor scheduling within guidelines.
• Restock shelves and construct displays as needed.
• Suggest merchandise changes and shelf allocation.
• Work with cash registers and support store areas as required.
• Handle pricing and sales reports with discretion.
• Follow Hy-Vee policies and store guidelines.
• Report to work as scheduled and work expected hours.
