The Catholic Diocese of Cleveland is seeking a dedicated ELP Administration professional to support the Early Learning/Head Start program in Cleveland, OH. The role focuses on supervising classroom quality, conducting CLASS observations, and coaching staff across eight sites that are rated 5-Star by Ohio’s Step Up to Quality program.
You will train teachers on assessments tools, Creative Curriculum, and related topics, ensuring high-quality instruction and strong family engagement.

The Catholic Charities Early Learning/Head Start program provides a high quality, comprehensive approach to services for both children and families that includes early learning education, professional development, family engagement, health and nutrition, and mental health and disabilities services. What You Will Do:
Complete CLASS formal observations, informal observations and other assessments to gauge the quality of teacher-child interaction and pedagogy in the classrooms.
Provide targeted training, modeling and coaching to teachers to improve CLASS scores, based on the results of classroom observations.
Provide support, serve as a resource for improving the quality of instruction, and provide training on assessments tools, Creative curriculum and other education content area topics as needed.

Bachelors or better in Early Childhood Education or related field.
