Job summary

The Catholic Diocese of Cleveland is seeking a dedicated ELP Administration professional to support the Early Learning/Head Start program in Cleveland, OH. The role focuses on supervising classroom quality, conducting CLASS observations, and coaching staff across eight sites that are rated 5-Star by Ohio’s Step Up to Quality program.

You will train teachers on assessments tools, Creative Curriculum, and related topics, ensuring high-quality instruction and strong family engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 3–5 years of teaching experience in a pre-school setting.
• Experience with CLASS observations and coaching of teachers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete CLASS formal observations, informal observations and other assessments to gauge the quality of teacher-child interaction and pedagogy.
• Provide targeted training, modeling and coaching to teachers to improve CLASS scores.
• Provide support and training on assessments tools, Creative curriculum and other education content area topics as needed.

What You Will Do:

Complete CLASS formal observations, informal observations and other assessments to gauge the quality of teacher-child interaction and pedagogy in the classrooms.
