Job summary

Carolina Therapy Connection is a therapist-owned pediatric outpatient practice serving Eastern North Carolina. We provide occupational, physical, speech therapy, mental wellness counseling, and educational services in clinics, schools, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must be a fully licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent in NC).
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Passion for working with children (age 5+) and families.
• Experience or interest in supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, and family dynamics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to children and families in a pediatric outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including OTs, PTs, SLPs, and educators.
• Support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics as part of holistic care.
• Contribute to a compassionate, team-focused clinic culture.
