Job summary
Carolina Therapy Connection is a therapist-owned pediatric outpatient practice offering Speech, OT, PT, and counseling services across Eastern North Carolina. We foster a faith-based, service-driven culture focused on hope, encouragement, and unwavering support for families.
Located in Greenville, Goldsboro, Morehead City, and New Bern, NC, we emphasize work-life balance with flexible schedules, including optional 4-day weeks, and competitive compensation with bonuses.
Qualifications
- Must be a fully licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent in NC).
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Passion for working with children (age 5+) and families.
- Experience or interest in supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, and family dynamics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide mental health services to children and families in a pediatric outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop holistic care plans.
- Engage with families to support goals and progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality care.

We provide Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Mental Wellness/Counseling, and Educational Services in our clinics, schools, and community settings.
