Job summary

Just in Time for Foster Youth seeks a Mental Wellness Manager to partner with the Director of Mental Wellness. You will oversee administrative and compliance practices of the Wellness Center, supervise unlicensed clinicians, provide direct services, and coordinate impact measurement data.

Qualifications

• Licensed in California as a Clinical Psychologist/LMFT/LCSW/LPCC for a minimum of 2 years.
• Experience providing clinical supervision is preferred.
• Knowledge of foster care system and related issues is preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations that have trauma related symptoms required.
• Experience directing, managing, and leading programs required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) required.
• Basic knowledge using virtual community platforms (Zoom, Google Hangouts, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: implement and manage SOPs for onboarding and documentation.
• Strategic Planning: align wellness initiatives with mission and goals.
• Staff & Talent Development: supervise unlicensed clinicians; provide didactic training.
• Community Engagement: provide clinical services and develop outreach strategies.
• Program & Impact Management: monitor effectiveness and report outcomes.
