Job summary

A healthcare organization in Philadelphia seeks a candidate to assist with patient assessments under the direction of RNs. This role requires maintaining accurate patient documentation, providing care, and leading therapeutic activities. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, and preferably a Bachelor's Degree in human services. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of experience or an equivalent degree and Basic Life Support certification is necessary for application.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a human services field or a Bachelor's Degree as a substitute.
• Valid Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete portions of patient assessments under RN direction.
• Provide patient care and assess unit safety.
• Lead and co-lead therapeutic activities.
