Job Summary: Provides patient advocacy through role modeling standards of performance and meeting patients' needs for service. Assists registered nurses in direct patient care, specifically activities of daily living. Ensures a safe and therapeutic environment through observation, interaction, and group activities.
Specifications: Bachelor’s degree in social sciences preferred; comparable behavioral health experience may substitute for the degree.
Experience working with mentally ill and/or developmentally delayed clients.
Excellent written skills required.
CNA Preferred: 2% pay differential available for applicants with an active CNA license.
Schedule: 20/40 part-time nights, every other weekend, shift 11 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. (9 shifts over 2 weeks)
