We are seeking a per diem Mental Health Recovery Coach to join the Monte Nido team in Medford, MA. This is an overnight PRN position with shifts from 11pm to 7:30am.

About Monte Nido Laurel Hill

Located in Medford, MA, Monte Nido Laurel Hill is a residential treatment program exclusively for adults seeking treatment for eating disorders such as Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. Our treatment approach focuses on restoring physiological and nutritional balance, implementing healthy routines, eliminating harmful behaviors, and fostering motivation and engagement for recovery.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through their recovery journey as a key team member.
• Provide support and interventions aligned with the treatment plan.
• Encourage clients to develop healthy connections within the milieu and team.
• Assist in food preparation, meal supervision, and snacks.
• Participate in therapeutic groups and develop skills to promote growth.
• Conduct rounds and observations; occasionally drive clients to off-site appointments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, with at least 2 years of experience; Bachelor's in Psychology or related field preferred.
• One year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting is highly desired.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Strong communication, client relations, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
