Job Overview:
Are you passionate about mental healthcare and eager to join a team that shares your enthusiasm and commitment to compassionate care? Riverview Psychiatric Center seeks Mental Health Workers to provide paraprofessional support, including direct care, rehabilitation, and behavior modification of patients. Responsibilities include supervising lower-level staff, counseling consumers and families, meeting clients' daily living needs, maintaining the physical environment, charting, and participating in treatment and rehabilitative programming. You may oversee a unit or specific patient activity area, or be part of an intensive case team.
Minimum Qualifications:
Four (4) years of education and/or progressively responsible experience related to the treatment of individuals with mental illness and developmental disabilities.
