Pacific Clinics is seeking a Mental Health Worker II to provide direct support to adults with behavioral health needs across outpatient, residential, or community settings. You will help implement individualized service plans, document progress, and may lead or mentor trainees under clinical supervision.

The role emphasizes client-centered care, crisis support, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery goals.

Competenze

• Requires HS Diploma or GED with 4+ years relevant experience.
• Three years working with adults experiencing mental illness, trauma, or co-occurring conditions.
• CPR/First Aid and crisis de-escalation certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required depending on setting.

• Provides direct support to clients through therapeutic activities, behavioral interventions, and skill-building exercises.
• Assists in implementing individualized treatment plans and documents client progress toward goals.
• Participates in intakes, assessments, and team-based case planning as appropriate to program structure.
• Conducts check-ins, wellness calls, and crisis support under clinical supervision.
• Supports clients in navigating resources, attending appointments, and achieving recovery goals.
• Documents services provided in electronic health records in accordance with agency and regulatory guidelines.
• Supports a safe, structured, and inclusive environment across settings.
• Communicates observations and concerns to clinical supervisors and contributes to case discussions.
• May assist in onboarding, guiding, or mentoring newer staff or interns.
• Participates in trainings, team meetings, and supervision to support continuous learning and service quality.
