Gracie Square Hospital, affiliated with NewYork-Presbyterian, is seeking a Mental Health Worker for the Night shift to support the care team in monitoring patients and assisting with daily activities.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, BLS certification, and strong communication skills, with a minimum of one year in psychiatry or related field. This full-time, on-site role includes rotating weekends.

Mental Health Worker - Dual Focus - Full Time Nights

As a Mental Health Worker, you'll be the eyes and ears of our dedicated care team—observing and documenting patients' physical, emotional, and social behaviors, and reporting key insights to the nursing staff. You’ll build therapeutic relationships, provide expert support during moments of anxiety, and assist patients with daily activities that promote healing and independence.

This is a full time, night shift position (11:30pm - 8am), includes working rotating weekends.

Preferred Criteria

• College Degree
• Minimum of one year experience in psychiatry or related medical field
