Job description

The Adolescent Female Crisis Stabilization Unit is a 22 bed unit for the multi-disciplinary assessment, evaluation, crisis intervention, and stabilization of adolescent female patients. Discharge planning emphasizes movement to day hospital or outpatient care as soon as the crisis has been stabilized.**This is a part-time, on-call position that requires availability to work 12 hour shifts (7am-7pm and/or 7pm-7am) and every other weekend.****As a Mental Health Worker you will:*** Participate in the planning and evaluation of patient needs based on patient behaviors.* Provide direct patient care services in accordance with the treatment plan and under the direction of a professional nurse.* Assist in providing a safe and therapeutic environment according to established policies and procedures.**Requirements:*** HS Diploma/GED. Human Services related degree or past direct care, or related experience strongly preferred.* Must be available to work 36 hours per week and every other weekend.* All new clinical staff will begin their extended clinical orientation/training immediately following your first day of employment.The pay range for this position is $19.06 minimum to $22.95 maximum.
