Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to access emergency resources.
• Ability to complete all required training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in a courteous manner.
• Supervise urine toxicology samples.
• Ensure all drug screen specimens are collected accurately and on time.
• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Complete chain of custody forms accurately.
• Submit supporting documentation electronically.
• Package specimens for transport.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Provide administrative support including filing, faxing documents, preparing and distributing mail, and compilating statistics & data for reporting.

The Mental Health Worker will perform random urine toxicology collection activities. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
