We are seeking a Mental Health & Wellbeing Worker to join our dedicated Midlothian Park Cottage team.
This service is located in Newtongrange, Midlothian. It provides community-based mental health rehabilitation for eight individuals with complex mental health needs. We offer 24-hour, tailored, person-centered support, supported living, and community rehabilitation. Support can include practical and emotional assistance to help individuals lead fulfilling lives in the community. The support plans are personalized and can include help with budgeting, life skills, confidence building, and social inclusion, typically over a period of around 12 months.
Mental Health & Wellbeing Workers operate in small, collaborative teams to deliver recovery-focused support aimed at improving mental wellbeing. In line with Penumbra’s values, you will assist service users in working towards their personal goals and outcomes, as outlined in their individual plans.
