This full-time role oversees clinical staff and program development to ensure quality care for incarcerated individuals.

Qualifications

• Licensed master’s level behavioral health clinician (LICSW or LMHC) in MA.
• Independent licensure required.
• Experience as a Mental Health Clinician.
• Ability to oversee and supervise behavioral health staff.

Responsibilities

• Acts as point of contact for admin staff on treatment programs.
• Coordinates development and revision of clinical policies.
• Supervises treatment programs contracted to VitalCore.
• Provides clinical supervision to Behavioral Health staff.
• Monitors timely, professional delivery of services.
• Ensures programs are integrated and staffed.
• Supports recruitment and selection of clinical staff.
• Coordinates facility Behavioral Health Quality Improvement.
