Responsibilities

• Provides clerical support for MBMHU staff on assigned unit(s).
• Maintains and files patient records, processes admissions, and retrieves signatures.
• Tracks court dates, legal status, exams, and appointments.
• Prepares records for discharge and routes to Medical Records.
• Distributes mail and manages unit supplies and equipment.
• Attends meetings and supports payroll and nursing department clerical tasks.
